These are quite uncommon. GameBoy Micro, last in the GameBoy line never sold well, so they are rather uncommon. But the system plays well (GBA games only), sounds decent for a tiny speaker, and has a sharp, backlit display. The Famicom Edition was only sold in Japan for Mario's 20th anniversary, and has a beautiful design resembling the classic Famicom controller. If you are a hardcore Nintendo collecter, these are great to have.

I received a GameboyMicro famicom system that was NOT the same one as in the pictures. Mine came with dust bits and adhesive beneath the screen which are immovable without taking the whole GameBoy apart. Not happy about this as I paid a lot of money to receive a worse product.

The Game Boy Micro is a great little system. It's great to have on hand with some quick, sporadic gaming sessions, and can fit in almost any small space. The only drawbacks are the size (it might cramp your hands) and lack of backwards-compatibility (plays only Game Boy Advance games).

So glad I bought this for my husband as a blast-from-the-past present! Not only is the console beautiful and in great quality, but the game cartridge and charger are as well. Also, the product arrived two weeks earlier than expected! It was a great surprise!

When I first saw this, I had doubts due to my eyesight being bad around 2010, I use to own a gameboy advance sp and loved it. Pretty much my best on the go console and my 2nd most played console. It wasn't until recently that I've discovered that my eyes couldn't see the screen properly on the sp like back then. I guess my eye problem caused this. Now that this has arrived, I've finally got the chance to test it out, and wow was it small. I was very skeptical about it until I turned it on. Surprisingly I was able to see everything on the small screen! It was bright and sharp. Played gba games like normal and the 25th reminds me of the famicom controller. The shoulder buttons are going to take a bit to adjust to along with the start and select button. But I can definitely say that this was a great purchase as a return-ee to the gba zone and would definitely recommend this to fellow ex-gba players and collectors. It may be small but it has one heck of a bright and clear screen.Read full review
