I AM A CAUSAL RUNNING, BUT THIS 210 ADDS SO MUCH MORE FOR ME AND IT MAKES RUNNING SO MUCH MORE FUN. I NOW SET GOALS IN TIME AND DISTANCE. GREAT PRICE, BUT NOW THAT I UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS, IT IS WORTH MUCH MORE. I DON'T LEAVE HOME WITH OUT IT AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!

I am still breaking it in. I have used it 15 times and I am liking it a lot. My previous Garmin took forever to sync to the satellites, but this one does very quickly. The battery life is also much better. A few minutes after you have finished your Activity, it will automatically switch to power mode and function as a watch. This really helps keep the life of battery.

I have owned 3 of these watches the first one the band broke on it, the second the start/stop switch broke on it. although they were used they work flawlessly catching the satellite fast and synching perfectly I also had to call garmin tech support a few times and they are the best allways fixing my problem. I'm very happy with this watch will buy one when the one ihave now goes bad.

I've had the watch for about a month, and have found it to be really great. I already own a Garmin Edge 510 for cycling, but when I had to send it back for a warranty issue, I ended up using the watch in its place. You can swap the features to display current speed, instead of pace, which is perfect for cycling. When used for cycling, I found that a charge on the watch last me a little less than a week. It lasts longer when for running use, since I go on longer rides than runs. Charging is pretty simple... however it uses a proprietary clip system, rather than a simple USB charger, which can be found anywhere. This became a little bit of an issue, when my 2 year old son took my charging cable and I haven't seen it since! I was forced to order a new strap for around $20, since only that cable will charge the watch. Downloading the data from the watch to the computer is pretty easy... though in comparison to the Edge, which has wireless downloads, it's a bit more work. Still, it's really not bad, considering this watch cost me about half of what I paid for the Edge 510. All in all... I've very pleased with the watch and would recommend it for anyone who wants the basic functions when running... like pace, distance, heart rate, running time, and watch/alarm features.Read full review
