I've wanted this guitar since I was 23, now I'm 57. Now that I have one let's check off the list of pro's and con's: Pro's 1. It's way cool 2. Led Zep anyone? 3. Good player 4. Reasonably good build quality 5. Finish is OK 6. Nice case Con's 1. Heavy! 2. Neck heavy, and the headstocks want to drift down and away 3. Expensive (sort of) 4. High frets from 12 position to 15th position causing high E and B strings to fret out 5. The bridge pickup on the 12 string neck is mounted crooked to the right The action was pretty nice especially the 12 string neck. This guitar is used, so who knows who has had it and screwed around with it. I needed to reset the pickup height as they were way off. Pole pieces were set OK. Intonation was pretty good, and the guitar stays in tune pretty well. Eventually when I change strings I will need to oil the fingerboard, and dress the frets. I may be able to tweak the high frets by profiling them, and eliminate the fretting out of the treble strings. Maybe. I didn't have 10k to spend on a PRS double neck so I bought the Gibson. The guitar is about what I expected as Gibson has had QC issues for many years now. I truly believe the entire line is overpriced, and PRS guitars prove that when comparing them side by side with Gibson. Yep, I bought the guitar to indulge my Page fantasy I'll admit it. At 4k for me it's expensive but I'm still glad that I bought it. For playing STH from TSRTS filmography nothing beats it in its price range. Clearly the PRS is the superior guitar. Yep, it sounds like the Page EDS-1275.Read full review

I collect vintage Gibson guitars and this one has mojo . It reminds me of the one Alex Lifeson used in the late 70's and early 80's to the -T- ! It seemed to age very well over the past 33 years . I'm very pleased, thank you !
