The Godfather of Country Music in Canada, Hank Snow was known early in his career as "the Yodeling Ranger," and he specialized in not only yodels, à la Jimmie Rodgers, but in songs about traveling, including his self-penned signature song "I'm Movin' On," and like Rodgers, he loved trains and train songs. This fun Bear Family set collects 32 of Snow's various train recordings (including "I'm Movin' On"), tracked between 1963 and 1971. ~ Steve Leggett
