Product arrived as described and timely. Installed unit and had 1 faulty solenoid. Reported to seller for a replacement (after I had tested, proved fault and replaced with a new one from a hardware store then worked). Seller offered troubleshooting support but didn’t end up providing. Communicated twice with confidence that support will be provided. To date no support and no offer to send a new solenoid. Disappointed as I have purchased many of the same units from this seller.
