The product broke during tightening, leaving the stub in the engine block and undrivable as the oil would squirt out the centre hole. It took me the whole day to remove with easy-outs and was very difficult as the access was restrictive. I bought a more expensive but obviously better quality oil sender (Trident) and it went in with no problem. I was so disappointed and upset that a part which screws directly into your engine block, was made of inferior materials allowing it to break clean off. Subsequently allowing the possibility of debris falling into the engine (I changed the oil afterwards) I have been doing mechanical work and servicing on cars for almost 30 years. It’s a lesson learnt the hard way. Regards
