This was a gift for my husband. He seasoned in Tai Chi but has no local master so I got this to help lead him through poses. He says it's great that you don't have to commit to the whole DVD if time is short and that you can just do some of it to relax. The testimonials at the end are odd - we've already bought the DVD and don't need to be convinced to buy the DVD... Really for the small cost of the production, we're grateful for what it provides.
