I bought this book because I wanted to find a way to follow God without relying on Man's religions patented ways. I find this book to be excellent for helping a person who has done very little meditation, to medititate. I think the author does a nice job of steering clear of making this book a stepping stone into another religious dogma. He allows and encourages the reader to have their own experience and grow from where they start.
Great book to help center yourself. I got it for removing the stress of everyday life. It takes some time to train the mind and body to work together, but great when it happens! Listening to the CD helps with the process. Well worth the cost and time invested.
