I purchased the Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga because I liked the flexibility of folding back the screen to make it into a tablet and after receiving it, I have found this very useful especially to read magazines although I don't use the feature as much as I expected. One of the first things that I did was to swap out the included 16gb SSD cache drive with a 128gb one to use as my main C: drive and used the 640gb HDD as a secondary. This improved the machine no end as I had the speed of an SSD for the main OS operations but with the capacity of a normal drive for all of my files. I did find that the laptop had an issue with wrist creak. By resting your wrist in front of the keyboard, it would literally creak and the fact that this is a known issue that's been reported many times, it is shocking that Lenovo hasn't fixed it. I also found that there was no Windows serial number or machine serial number on the bottom of my machine so I couldn't reinstall Windows. However, I think this may just been an issue with the one that I bought or might be easily resolved. I do like the screen on the machine as it was crisp and clear. I found that the core i3 was a little underpowered with some noticeable delay in certain tasks and recommend that a core i5 should be bought as a minimum. Overall, I think that the machine is good but the wrist creak was one annoyance that really made the machine feel poorly built which is not in line with the Thinkpad reputation.Read full review
Great laptop/tablet. Battery charge could last a little longer for those on the move but for my use is fine. Love the way the screen hinges to the keyboard.
