It's all there. Difficult subject, teaching fly casting. Lefty Kreh broke the tradition created by early European fish fishers 200 yrs ago using braided horse hair and gut line and put principles, ie applied the natural laws of physics to how a modern fly rod and line actually work. This handbook, I would say isn't exactly for beginners, he offers great videos and other books on that but this neat little book deserves a spot in every fly fishers library. The common mistakes made by over 80% of fly casters are rectified by the master of the craft. He doesn't say others are wrong in their casting, but instead shows an easier, more efficient and less tiring way of casting in all conditions.
