Listening to Jimmy Buffett albums from the 70's is like listening to waves lapping at the shore, under a warm golden sun with a cheeky little cocktail in hand...... Someone has to do it, so it's better off being you. Buffett has a natural charm and pleasing tone no matter what he plays. He has humour, sensibility, nostalgia, fondness and regrets all rolled up into a tight little package. For me, "Come Monday" is the greatest track on the album, but I've loved that song since I heard it as a kid on a lazy, hot Sunday afternoon. There is not a bad song on the whole album. If this album doesn't have you singing along and thinking about taking a vacation then there is seriously something wrong with your brains wiring.... Really.
