The condition looked new and came with the power cable and catV cable. I had no problems setting it up with my ISP (Xfinity). It's been connected for over a month without any problems. The cable modem runs cooler than the Xfinity modem. Originally, I was looking to buy a "New" CM1200, but this one was 1/3 the price of a new one and the appearance is like new. Thank you.
