liked the book, has many exercises with great variety to keep from getting bored. with different levels of workouts and time constrained workouts for the rushed person, gives exercises for beginners, 15 min., at home, and advanced workouts. also workouts by celeb body builders. includes sections on cardio, nutrition and foods to eat. combination routines, the "every body training manual" (which specifies how you should workout) as far as reps, sets, rest periods etc... what body style you are going after, (lean, strength, bulk, endurance, etc...)and a section on heavy lifting. a great book not just for body building but all around fitness/exercise, and nutrition handbook.
