I have used it for the first time to chop Parsley. Frankly found it a bit fiddly but that might just be me never having tried it before - I’m usually a big sharp knife and wooden board person. But I expect to get better with more practice. A food processor is too vigorous if doing Parsley for tabouleh - and the more handcut look is what you want and I was happy with the outcome.

Does a great job at quickly cutting herbs finely. Can take or leave the chopping board it comes with, the board has a centre indent which makes chopping on a flat surface difficult. Switched to my own chopping surface and all worked beautifully.
