This flute was easily checked-out by a local music store, who commented that it was "a good bargain and a good brand". The instrument is easy to hold, yet feels very sturdy. Definitely a good choice for a beginner like myself.

The flute works well. The keys are a bit sticky for really fast playing and need a heavier touch than a Yamaha 481. On the flute I bought the b foot needs some adjustment as the c pad does not fully close when using the b key. A minor problem easily fixed. For the student this is a good flute and should play well up to grade 7. Good flute for the professional sax player who wants to occasionally use a flute.

This company does it right! The flute sounds lovely, everything was serviced, pads replaced - just perfect for me as a beginner, to be able to hit the ground running. The package also came VERY well-wrapped so there would be no shipping damage. I'm very happy with my purchase - thank you!

I ordered the open hole flute for my grandson for Christmas and was a bit apprehensive doing so online but I am pleased to say the ordering process was flawless and the flute is wonderful! When my grandson opened his present (he is 11 years old) all he could say was "no way"! The flute is in great shape and the quality of sound is above average. He uses it every day!

As advertised (actually better, it didn't look like it was ever used), it did need repadding/headjoint cork (as advertised) which cost $200. I now have a fabulous flute for a fraction of what a new one would cost. Very happy!
