I'm generally a positive thinker, but is hard to keep it up, when you experiencing hard times. My friend recommend to read this book. Well here we go another book, I read many, but is hard to put it in practice...well this one is different! How I was reading I was thinking, Russ is really can read my mind, so I'm probably not alone in a world, to try and try to be happy all the time.
