Author Biography
Though not originally from Mississippi, Linda Eschler calls the Mississippi Gulf Coast home. She enjoyed a successful career in Television and Print advertising. Linda's first book, Awakening Nicholas, was written under the pen name of Lindsay Delaney; since then she has written the first four installments in her Strawberry Fairy series titled The Strawberry Fairies Save Sandcastle Island, The Strawberry Fairies and The Secret Of Mystery Island, The Strawberry Fairies And The Treasures Of Pirate Island. The Dtrawberry Fairies Meet the Katrina Dolphins at the Kingdom of Atlantis as well as Willow House, a mystery that takes place in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Linda also co-wrote Mississippi Gulf Coast Restaurants - Post Katrina with her husband Lee and is working on the second edition. Mississippi Gulf Coast Restaurants - Post Katrina was inspired by the struggles the restaurants faced in rebuilding, after Hurricane Katrina devastated the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Lee and Linda understood very well what their fellow Mississippians were going through because Hurricane Katrina destroyed their home as well. Linda's Strawberry Fairies series was inspired by grand daughters, Claire Gabrielle Gautier and Hannah Quinn Gautier, whose pictures always appear on the cover of each book.
