I have always had a "gap" between my sand and pitching wedge. Its difficult for me to take a little off of my PW and when i try to get a little extra on my SW, i tend to yank it left. So, I bought the gap wedge. I've only played 1 round with it. I used it on about 5 holes. Nice easy swing was about 100-105 yards for me. I have last years Burners but bought the 2.0 gap. The ball flew nicely off the club. Felt crisp. Although I love my Burners. So, I expected the same great performance.
After purchasing and using a TM 2.0 pitching wedge, sand wedge and gap wedge I felt I needed to start replacing the rest of my 15 year old Lynx irons with TM 2.0 irons beginning with this 6 iron. I will be buying 4, 5, 7, 8, & 9 between now and June. These irons have a great balance and weight hitting the ball solidly. The wedges and 6 iron seem to be forgiving, which I need all of the help I can get! These irons are very reasonably priced.
Used on the range for about 15 shots before playing 18 holes. Replaced my 2 iron with this 'gap wedge,' and I used it for about 8 shots in my round because the distance to the pin required it. Way more than my high irons. Spot on line to the pin. Great feel. Great spin action. Very aggressive look, not even sure how they built it! Not as much bite as a Spin Milled Vokey Wedge, but also paid $100 less.
same as my original but in better condition

If you are looking for authentic Taylor Made clubs, this is the place to buy. I received the clubs very fast and the first thing I did was called Taylor Made to verify the serial number... to my pleasue they are authentic. Now as for the clubs, AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! I hit the clubs a full club and a half further and straight. If you are a high handicap such as myself and want to score better, buy these clubs. I'm longer resulting to more GIR, so I've scored lower! After five rounds with them I have scored an average of 5 strokes lower.
