I initially was upset because I waited five business days after payment before sending an email asking about shipment of my item. This was ignored for another three days, so I filed a complaint and got my money back. After another few days, my item arrived. I sent an email back of appreciation for them honoring the purchase and asked to be invoiced so they could receive payment. It is heartwarming to see that there are sellers who stand behind their reputation.
