First thing I noticed after opening the carton was the very low quality nylon bag which has no padding, so I think I will need to get a much better bag made up with some padding for travelling, second thing I noticed was the positive wire from unite to Battery had already pulled apart, I might have to re connect all connections just to make sure they will stay connected. The battery clamps as stated in other reviews are extremely low quality so they will be replaced with better quality clamps. I guess for the price you have to expect some corner were cut.

This is my first foray into solar panels for camping and MaxRay was recommended by a friend who had bought one previously. I am just back from a 3 day camping trip on Teewah beach at the Sunshine Coast and I can say that I really was impressed. As we normally set up camp and don't drive anywhere, my ARB fridge normally only lasts a day or so before it has drained the dual battery to the point where it shuts itself off (ie expected operation). That isn't much good when you're staying for a few nights and normally mean having to take the 4wd for fair run to charge it back to normal again. With these panels, I went for three days without an issue (andf without having to take the car for a spin) and the gauge in the car pointed to the dual battery still being almost full. Good value and seems to be a good product.Read full review

I haven't had a chance to go camping lately so I can't give a performance review, however, I have looked at alot of 120 watt panels over the last few years and I can say this one is in the upper levels of quality. I'm not sure what they are using in other countries but the anderson plug is what is preferred here in Australia, which was a factor in me choosing this one. It comes with a generous length of cable and a regulator that is not glued onto the back of the cells, a consideration that prolongs the life of the regulator as it is protected from elevated temperatures, very important in the outback. I would not hesitate in recommending this product.

Was providing a nice current to the aux battery of my 4wd drive on our first test. I like the Anderson plug to alligator clips option it came with. Also like the MPPT controller. Construction of the fold out legs is a bit flimsy with some sharp edges. The bag it came with is thin useless recycled plastic material that tore on the first outing. Very happy with the electronic components. A bit of work with a file to tidy up the edges of the frame, add some rubber feet and making a better storage bag have made me much happier with these panels. Decent value for the price.

Good value, the only problem is the battery clamps are very poor quality. Ours broke on the first use, outbax quickly replaced it but the replacement broke as well. I sourced better quality clamps and fitted myself. Problem sorted...
