Jim is a professional motivational speaker, published author, and successful business consultant with over 30 years of experience in getting things done. He has been a principal and productive performer for a large independent insurance firm, and a senior executive in a trade association, a retail business, and a construction firm. In addition to serving as the Executive Director for three not-for-profit Labor- Management Cooperative groups, Jim has served on the national faculty for the Associated General Contractors of America. He has delivered presentations on a productive performance for the Mechanical Contractors Association, the National Electrical Contractors Association, and many other groups around the country. He has been a featured speaker at the AGC/A national convention as well as the Construction Financial Management Association national convention. He is the Founder and President of the Falcon Performance Institute, a consulting and corporate training firm focused on productive performance. Jim has a degree in Economics from Duke University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound and has received additional formal training in the fields of Training, Marketing, Sales, and Risk Management.
