It is extremely easy to use and cleaning is a lot simpler than a manual machine. It could do with a little more in the recipe section. Specifically some reduced gluten (20/80 gluten/non-gluten flours) and GF recipes with various flours would be extremely valuable. Not just corn/rice but something that approached the texture and flavour of regular pasta. This COULD be a major selling feature if Philips invested in recipe development for this machine.

Excellent pasta maker, very easy to use, easy to clean if you let the pasta dry first then wipe if off with a cloth and poke out the die bits before you wash, if you try to wash it with the left over pasta still on the bits then it all just turns to goo and takes 10 times longer to remove.
