I had the older SanDisk Clip model for many years and the Clip Jam doesn't really hold up to its predecessor. Still a good mp3 device, lots of storage, convenient for sport usage. However there are some very annoying features like the 'safety sound limit' which has to be unlocked every time, or the shuffle only working either from device memory OR the memory card - rather than shuffling the entire music collection. I also think the buttons are too big and easy to press accidentally, especially if the device is clipped on your pants/ pocket and you're being active. Still - comparisons aside, it's a solid music player for those who are not on the music streaming bandwagon. :)

There are so many good things to say about this MP3 Player! Compact size? Check. Expandable storage? Check. Decent battery life? Check. Easy to use? Heck yes! I use my own headset so I can't say much for the included earphones, but the clip on the back is super handy on the go. All in all, highly recommend this!

I bought this to record and play podcasts to listen to in the car to & from work. I had a lot of trouble initially in downloading podcasts and then transferring them to the MP3 player. This is more my problem then the MP3 player. Anyway I've worked it out and I love it. I can grab what I want and the digital display on the Sandisk makes it easy to choose what I want to listen to and to delete it after I have finished. I'm really happy with the purchase. Now I don't have to listen to crappy radio on the way to work

It has a lot of options, Internal memory very difficult to use, I recommend to use the micro SD.... The earphones who comes with them are not good, so I suggest to buy another ones with better quality. But the mp3 overall do the job, not bad!
