Change your nutrition for a better longer life
I had always been on the heavyset side, I thought I was having a normal life, until I realize that a change of eating habits would help me to develop a better health. I have lost about 35 pounds in the last year, and improve my overall health like I never felt before. I think education is one of the best forms to know what to do when you get in a plan to change your diet, it helps you see all the benefits of good nutrition, and the negatives of a bad nutrition, we sometimes think we get sick just because, but once you get this book, and read into it, you'll realize what's affecting you, and what you can do to live better. I fully recommend this book, as an educational guide to improve your life. Read about every aspect of nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and all the beneficial foods for your body; you'd be impressed that little changes make a huge difference... Don't be one more of everything, be everything for one more.Read full review
