For Thirty years I worked in the food industry. During that time I started as a cook at Harpy's Chicken Inn at the age of 9 and worked my way up to be a Chef for the Park Inn Hotel Chain . I have managed Steak Houses in Nevada, Mo. Seafood Restuarants in Newport Oregon and worked for the Park Inn Hotel Chain in Fayetteville Arkansas. I have feed such celeberties as country singers Holly Dunn, Tom Wopact, Keith Whitley, Rock singers Abba and political figures Walter Mondale, Al Gore and Sam Walton just to name a few. But for some reason fish and seafood have been my passion. I love trying differant flavors and working with differant textures of fish.
