My son loves this tablet and it is a great tool for us parents to use in teaching. There are a lot of games in the app store that are age appropriate and best of all are free. However, the battery life only last a couple of hours and needs to be powered up again. Even when its not in use the battery drains quickly.

I bought the red Nabi Jr for my son when he was a little over a year. The tablet lasted until last year when someone stepped on it. The screen cracked and still worked but it was discolered making it difficult to see part of the screen. I then decided to get the Nick Jr edition and my son loved it even more. I love the pre-loaded Nick games. It's reading, videos, and games from Dora, Team Umizoomi, and Bubble Guppies. My son has played all the games and I want to download better games from Google Play, so we're planning on upgrading to the Nabi 2. This tablet is very durable, great size for small hands, fun, and very educational.
my Nabi Jr. had the lifespan of a goldfish in the desert. material too dense and toddler can hurt themselves. should be made of light durable material. camera too prominent. looks tacky.kids know it has a camera. they're not stupid. cam should not stand out as an extra adjustable piece. too expensive for market of lower income kids. too tacky for market of kids who can afford it, but will end up buying something a few dollars more they would not be embarrassed walking around with. manufacturer conceals in its advertising that the apps you think come standard actually cost extra. i called the manufacturer and now will check my phone bill to make sure they did not charge for that too. yes. it is better than its competition. but that does not say very much.
Arrived fine in different package which I expected. Appearance was used but fine, a few scuffs but nothing broken cracked or chipped. Started setup, entered personal info and screen froze orange....took a while to reset it since it wouldn't turn off...after some time got it on...battery doesn't hold a charge...says 99% and then dies after about 1 minute or so off the charger.....finally got to see it and it has very small amount of things to watch and play. Would maybe be ok for a 2 or 3 yr old I can't access much for kids shows it let me click it and closes. Seems durable. A little bulky but good for little ones if u have one that holds a charge and let's you access necessary apps. I would probably go with a nabi2 tho. I got one for my son when I bought this and it seems better

The most kid friendly, thought out device I’ve come across! Even the power button is kid proof, you have to hold down to power off and confirm on the screen, great for little button pushers who turn other devices off! No access to any internet unless you are a parent, comes loaded with lots of great apps, games and stories! Highly recommend!
