Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Other Computer Cables
I bought this to use with the riser bracket that comes in the Thermaltake View 31 TG RGB. Unfortunately it's not long enough to go from the bracket to the MOBO as it's only 19cm total length, with the cable itself just under 15cm. The holes on the PCB of the extension cable also did not match up with those of the riser bracket so that would've proved to be a problem. I did however plug it in to my PCI-E 3.0 slot to test it before mounting and it seemed to work fine. I didn't test it while playing games to check for performance hits but it showed my desktop the same as before.

Cable can 'lock' onto the graphics card but it has no physical interface in order to 'lock' onto the motherboard PCIe slot. Ergo, it can come loose, and it has come loose a few times. I am having graphical/video glitches since putting it in where I never had these issues before. I am not technical enough to know what/how/why they are happening, so instead I opted for a complete wipe and rebuild of the OS fresh, yesterday. No issues so far, however I will never get a chance to edit or add to this review later. It's working, but I have no confidence that this is going to continue working in the long term. I have chosen to purchase a different one from another supplier as something to compare to, replace, or be a backup for this on.

Does exactly what it claims to do...extends the PCI Express slot. I've had no problems with these.
