Current slide {CURRENT_SLIDE} of {TOTAL_SLIDES}- Best Selling in Lenses
I really enjoy using this lens for landscape photography. It's not super sharp wide open, but stepped down a bit becomes very nice. Good solid build quality. I find myself using this lens more and more. The K20D I have has some problems locking focus at times, even in bright light, but I mostly shoot in manual mode set to infinity and shoot away, and unless something is very close, it'll be in focus.
This is the firs wide angle lens I have, and I am very happy I bought this one. Bought this lens at a very reasonable price. The image is very very sharp even it is wide open. Could be low light use. The build quality is solid, you can feel it when you hold it. The auto focus is very fast and accurate. The only down side I can think of is the lens hood, it is huge. You usually get two different look from the people after you put the lens hood on. One is "WOW",the other is "NUTS". Personally, I prefer the first one~~~~~ Anyway, this is a good lens, maybe not as good as the DA 15mm limited, but this lens can give you the picture more than you expected.
Just what I was looking for. Works well, and will get a workout with some stars-as-points-of-light astrophotography soon. The condition of the lens is better than I expected from a used item. Thanks.

Excellent piece of Pentax glass. Very good picture quality. Higher vignetting at f2.8-4, distortions are no issue, a lot bigger than DA15/4 but better handling. Beware of large 77mm filters you'll need.
