I found this Bonnet Edge Cover to be easy to install. All the screws fitted in the existing mounting holes in the bonnet so it installed fairly easily. The two mounting clips on each end had to be slightly bent to line up with the holes at each end of the protector. Once they were screwed to the protector it all became a rigid assembly. I found after installation, when you close the bonnet it may not fully close. The problem is the catch may need to be adjusted upwards to allow the catch to lock down with the addition of the protector.
