This is a great, genuine product, in perfect condition as described, brand new. Highly recommend if you need a controller for your Xbox one. It includes 2x AA batteries which is very helpful because you need them for the controller. In original box with instructions. Works perfectly. 👍🏽 😁

Overall it is a good product but it needs 2 x AA batteries...which is bad for the environment. AA batteries were provided with the controller but those are not rechargeable so I need to buy rechargeable ones separately. It is pricy if you have to keep buying AA batteries.

I’ll never buy a second hand controller again. I’d rather pay the extra money to get a new one. My son has only had it a few weeks and there is something rattling in it and the trigger button gets stuck down a lot when using.
