Oxederm does work for some
One of the few salicylic acid solutions that actually works for my skin reducing inflammation that leads to spots on head (Benzac did not work for me but your case may be different). Get the Oxederm spray and not the wash if you’re looking at this. Spray affected areas morning hour before shower and night before bed daily, gently massage into skin with fingertips. Do not use any moisturisers no matter how dry it gets nor any other products at the same time (definitely nothing with benzoyl peroxide in it!). Doesn’t smell as strong as others but not the most pleasant scent if you’re very sensitive. Shower often, replace pillowcase daily and things will clear up.
