These phones are easy to set up and easy to use. The sound quality is excellent. This is the first time I've been able to hear so well on a cordless phone. The desk feature phone (not cordless) is awesome! I love being able to call downstairs or upstairs on these phones (intercom feature). I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

Love all the features and sound quality. Just one thing puzzles me. I don't know if the phones are setup to be charged on their first charging cradle and not randomly placed on any of the three cradles because sometimes one phone will be drained and charge fully. After an overnight charge one phone will have to be put on a different cradle to charge fully. I don't really mind this slight annoyance. The phones are some of the best I've found. I'd buy them again should anything happen to these. If you can offer an explanation or cure for the problem, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thank you

My other cordless phones died in about a day after being charged. These I leave off the charger for days and they work perfectly. They have speakers in the cordless phones, which means you do not have to hold them to your ear while talking or listening. They announce orally who is calling. The only disappointment is that the corded master phone does not beep out loud when you have a message waiting.
I live on 2 1/2 acres and this unit provides coverage on every corner of our property. The other thing I like is the cordless units use rechargeable AA batteries and no special battery pack to deal with.
