This is the second one I've bought of this specific brand & model. The other failed to hold a charge after 30 months of use. Maybe it was my fault - because I only charged it when it was down to zero percent charge... instead of just letting it top-up in the desk-charger after each use. Anyway. It gave 30 months of good service without needing replacement blades. I might buy another soon, just for backup. I shave the wirey white hair off my arms now that I'm in my 60s cuz they look crazy. I used to do it with a blade razor... but got cuts & regular blades make your skin look puffy & girly. This razor doesnt do that. It's safe to use & super convenient. It just takes about 30 seconds on each arm per day. I use an up & down & left & right pattern when shaving just to make sure I clip every hair. Though, a person doesn't always need to do do.Read full review

This item is a great choice as a replacement for your Philips Sonicare toothbrush if you already own the charger. Usually, the charger lasts forever, it's the actual toothbrush that has to be periodically replaced. Fortunately, this series of Philips toothbrushes all use the same charger and have for many years.

It works, it's small and compact. Fits in our stuffed bathroom storage cabinets. Could've gotten a shaver for less at Walmart with the same quality but oh well.
I have used other product to preform the same task with limited success. The Bodygroom seems to be the most effective with the least amount of ouch. The fact that it is wet or dry means that you can use it in the shower and or rinse it clean after each use. Try that with a dry shaver and you will encounter rust or worse.
Best option for a body razor seemed to find it works almost a full hour on one charge and cuts close to skin
