      It didn't work, poor quality

      I wanted to replace my old Sonicare Plus, but this one turned out to be terrible. I've only used it for 2 weeks and it broke and it doesn't work. Returning it is very complicated. I registered it with Philips, but it still takes more than 3 weeks to get your money back, my order is not on eBay (very strange), so I wanted to return it through the manufacturer. It's very complicated. I don't recommend it. The only good thing is that it's very well design it fits your hand, but at the same time, it's very sensitive and it turns off and you have to turn it back on.

      I like it more than my Oral B toothbrush...

      I like it more than my Oral B toothbrush which is what I was looking for. The speed of the vibration is really good which is the most important feature. I didn't need a lot of fancy options. I am happy with it so far.

      Phillips Sonicare - excellent product - lightweight great features

      Works as expected. Does an excellent job. I have used electric toothbrushes for years. this one vibrates faster than most. It is more like the more expensive brushes from several years ago.

      Quietly takes care of my teeth

      My old Sonicare needed replacing and I chose this model as I didn't need a bunch of extra features. I've had it about a week and am very pleased with it. I did need to buy a USB-C adapter as this comes with a USB-C plug only.
