This is it the best book about pool ever written. It teaches you about your body and your mind as they relate to learning and playing pool. It is not about "hit a ball here or in some particular way" it is about the mental process and how to learn properly and all the important things going on with your mind and body while learning ,training, or playing. Amazing information being shared here by a pool player wit a Ph.D.

A different viewpoint on another way to approach the mental game of pool and life. A direct opposite of what most of us learned in trying to unravel the mystery of mental pool. Brings back that original fascination of watching the balls move about the table. I am glad I crossed paths with this book. Highly recommend this book.

i have read and reread this book. i owned another copy to this but it was lost when our home was hit by a tornado. Bought a new one and it’s already highlighted and bookmarked. This book really addresses the mental side of pool- every pool player should have a copy

I played my first match after reading the intro and first 10 pages. I’m a 4 and I played a solid 3. First game=1 inning. Second game=closer than first but tight. Third game was my best pool in awhile. I skunked. Look forward to reading more.

Very boring book. Not at all helping one's billiard game.He uses a lot of words that are not easy to understand. Wouldn't be worth the the to look each one up to find the meaning of those words. Very boring book. Can't get anything from reading it.
