Author Biography
Mike Molan, BA, LLM, Barrister and Head of the Law Division at South Bank University has many years' experience as a teacher of criminal law to LLB and CPE students. In addition, he has a long track record as an author of student law texts and has appeared on national television and radio as a commentator on criminal law issues. Denis Lanser is Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University where he has been responsible for many years for developing and presenting criminal law courses at all levels. He is also Chief Examiner in AS/A Level Law. Professor Duncan Bloy, BA, LLM, PGCE, was formerly Head of the University of Glamorgan Law School and Vice Principle of Blackburn College. He is now Academic Director at Forte-IRI, Singapore.
