Author Biography
Ellie Topp, food consultant to Life Network's Put a Lid on It!, is a certified culinary professional and a professional home economist with a graduate degree in experimental foods. She is the author of Feasts for Families and Meals, Microwave Style, and she co-authored Healthy Home Cooking with Margaret Howard. Margaret Howard is a registered dietitian, a professional home economist, and a food and nutrition consultant to government and industry. She has co-authored eight cookbooks including Choice Menus, More Choice Menus, Eat Well Live Well, The Great California Lifestyle Cookbook and Healthy Home Cooking.
