Postage was quick. The length is shorter than the description (says 71 cm, but definately shorter than 70 cm, approx. 66-67 cm by my measuring). And, after the first quick laundry (as I normally do when I buy new clothes), strings have already come off (see the attached image). Maybe I've got a bad luck one though.

Sorry about your disappointment, variances may occur in production and generally with some tolerances allowed. We did a random check of our stock finding nothing more than 2cm difference. Reviewing your image this looks like snags from threads catching on something such as zip heads or bra hooks. For over 10 years of selling and using these towels, we have never had any issues with towels just unraveling.
