    Outstanding Lubrication!

    I purchased this to replace the fluid in the 5-speed manual transmission of my VW Golf GTI VR6 with less than 70,000 miles on it. The difference it made in smoothness and gear selection was so impressive I immediately forgot the additional money it would have cost over other brands of synthetic gear lube. The transmission never shifted this good when the car was brand new... To put it in perspective it cost me less than $5.75 per 10,000 miles and now having experienced what it's done to improve the shifting quality I intend to change fluids much sooner the next time around.

    GOOD STUFF !!

    Gear Oil is Gear Oil right? Well, I thought so too.. since inception I've been using 100% synthetic oils in all my vehicles and machinery.. the results for me equate to longer life. So switching to Syn Gear Oil is a no brainer.. I want my gear boxes t run forever too.. I'm on a GL1800 where my first and second gearbox oil changes resulted in very dark and thickened ugly excrement.. the Royal Purple Max-Gear 75w90 looks and smells way better than conventional oils.. I'll write another review next oil change.. but so far my gearbox runs very smooth.. love this new stuff.

    I am a repeat customer of RoyalPurple I ran it in my Lexus GX470 Diffs and my Mazda Miata NA Diffs I put 400K on the GX470, then sold it to my Coworkers son - He out trail blazing in it now (and I think put another 50K on it) The Miata was modified with SuperCharger and I never hesitated putting pedal to medal - never failed me I got new toys 2017 GX460, and 2012 Miata NC Quality Cars need quality juice

    Plan on using it in transmission when time come because of less friction.

    replaced oil in rear diff. & transfer case, went on 1500 mi. trip and picked up almost 2mpg. Car runs quitter and smoother.
