This journal has a section for anything you would possibly need to keep track of for your running. From how you warm up, to where you run, to keeping track of your shoes, to any doctor visits you might have. It's outstanding! Gonna start it when my current journal ends next month.... and I WILL get another one in the future!

I love it, I write in it every day, it keeps me up to date with my mileage and how I felt about my running that day. It's great to see how the miles are adding up! I do have a watch now that connects to the internet that keeps track of all my workouts but I still write it down old school! I would recommend this book, it has helpful tips down the sides of each page, and training plans, it's very motivational!
