The 10R-10 uses a handlebar remote control which is very convenient. Installation was fairly easy, though the software suite hadn't been updated to Windows 10 when I tried it, so it took a few goes to get going. The pros: - Sound quality is VERY good thanks to 40mm drivers. - Included installation gear will help you get it just right. There are included spacers of various thickness to get the speakers to sit just right. All the fittings are very good. - Siri works, well. - Makes even the most boring highway ride into a pleasure. - Settings can all be adjusted from a phone app, including setting radio stations. - All features of the handlebar remote can be accessed with the helmet controls. - Battery life is excellent. - It's sleek, discreet and subtle. Cons: - It's not cheap. - Unlike the 20S, there is no voice control. - There is no sensible way to lock the handlebar control to prevent theft ... you have to take it off when you park. It fits in a pocket, though, and you can use the 10R without it, so no big deal there. - Steep learning curve for the controls. If you're like me it'll take a while to get the feel for the different buttons and what they can do. Note: The 10R-10 is not the same as the SMH10R.Read full review
