This phone seemed function well but on receiving the slightest bump just fell to pieces. We've moved back to our old phone and don't trust that this is a certified Sony smartphone give its flmsiness. We would like a replacement sent, if it a certified Sony and not a knock of.. And will provide images of it's current state. It's must be quite embarrassing when a top end contact needs to be swapped out for an old HTC Wildfire due to the latter's reliability and robustness. Regards, Ian and Stu I'll update this with photos shortly and give 1 our of 5 because the product did eventually arrive (from China as opposed to Australia where it was advertised)

I have owned 2 sony phones and NEVER again . The phone call quality , microphone and speakers is terrible and should not really be called a mobile phone but rather a small mobile computer. The earphone jack WILL FAIL (common to all SONY phones) and if repaired anywhere other than sony australia under warrenty will cost hundreds and WILL NOT be waterproof anymore. Summary; Sony phone? plus REPAIRS = i phone or samsung
