So we had a little mishap with the item ordered versus recieved. No big deal, it happens. JRC was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry. Which unfortunately was made on a Friday evening. By Wednesday I had the correct items and a pre-labeled postage paid package to return items. The wheels set I purchased said used, but the look like they were brand new. Not a single scratch or mark on them. Overall 9.5 out of 10 for my whole experience. And will definitely by from JRC in the future.
