Robert Hull decided a long time ago he would design boats. Being a sailor from the time he could hold a tiller, sailing was the only thing he loved. It was not work, so maybe designing boats would not be either-or so he thought. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, for as long as he could stand it, and snuck off to the East Coast to work for several of the hot design offices and eventually migrated to Florida and became the in-house designer for Hunter Marine.
