    Item shipped was not the one in the picture. I was unable to determine if it had the internal webbing so returned it as possibly substandard as it had no place of manufacture on it or the packaging. This is a very important safety item on the steering and essential to have known quality. This is the first time I have ever had any issue with this seller but I will consider doing business again in the future with this seller as usually their products are good value and as depicted.

    The original one made in Japan are 555 very good but the ones made in Italy have no castlenut no cotterpin very dangerous only a locking nut ???
