The author, Ellington Darden, PH.D. is very knowledgeable The Contents contend facts needed to lose fat and gain muscle, There are Exercise Basics for strength and tone. The Program to follow, along with daily diets . The Book has 30 amazing chapters in all. Its a Great book, should come with the machine, or you should read it before making a machine purchase. I find myself using this very much as a reference book

This book is from the early 2000's but has a wealth of information regarding the Bowflex Body Plan. Included are exercises on the Bowflex, with emphasis on the models extant at that time like the Power Pro, as well as a lot of information regarding menus that complement the workouts. With photos of two models that probably didn't get that big using Bowflex as their only equipment, but are nevertheless compelling and motivating, the book is hard backed, durable, and is a good addition to any Bowflex machine to make your workout better. It might make it easier to get to the workout space and actually work out. Much of what they offer here is transferrable to other workout plans.
