Read a Petition of Clement Martin Junr setting forth that there was a small piece of Land adjoining the head line of his lot at Abercorn containing t more than eighty Acres which he was desirous to Obtain as Convenient to his Settlement Therefore praying for the said vacant piece of Land he having more than two Negroes for whom he had Obtained Land.
