This book has a lot of delicious looking recipes, but it was not exactly what I expected- I was hoping there would be recipes for vegan cheeses, cream cheese etc. Instead they have taken a lot of non- vegan recipes and tell you to substitute vegan chicken or beef where the recipes called for animal parts- kind of a let down as I already do that.
