Change your lifestyle & you can overcome depression
I saw a review of this book & was not disappointed when I read it. The author has had depressed episodes himself & this makes the writing more personal. He has used his lifestyle change program with great success & gives examples from his clinical practice. I am working on it & so far, so good. To me, it makes alot of sense.
