This is a wonderful companion book to The Fat Flush Plan, written by the same author. It lists the reasons WHY you want to eat certain foods -- that is, those which are prevalent in the Fat Flush Plan. If you are not interested in losing weight, but simply lowering your cholesterol, you can quickly peruse the book to see which foods or spices will help you do that. It is a quick reference book and you do not have to dig through lots of chapters to find out what you want to know.
This book provided little new information on the topic. It mainly described very popular foods that can be used to reduced fat. I feel that the information in this book is already known by the majority of readers. If you don't know much about foods to reduce fat, this book is easy to read and does provide great basic information.
I love this book. It is so informative & important to understand what foods you need to eat & why. I was shocked to learn some of the things that was printed. It is very easy to read, understand & find things when you want to look a certain thing up quickly. Even tells you how to clean & store these foods once you get them home. Some of the foods I thought would be so good for me are something I need to cut back on because of my thyroid condition.
